Customization & Processing Time
Because each order is made and customized by hand, please allow time for us to create your piece before it ships.
- The customization and crafting process takes 2–3 days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time and begins once your order is confirmed.
Delivery Time
After your order has been customized and dispatched, most shipments are delivered within 10 business days.
Delivery windows may vary depending on your location, local carriers, and customs processing for international orders. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
