Customized Orders Are Non-Refundable
Every Clayit Studio piece is made and personalized just for you. Because customized orders cannot be resold, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged once production has begun.
The Only Exception: Damaged or Broken Items
The sole circumstance in which a refund or replacement is offered is when your item arrives damaged or broken. We stand behind the quality of our craft, and we want every piece to reach you in perfect condition.
How to Report a Damaged Item
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.
- Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Once we review and approve your claim, we'll arrange a refund or a replacement of the damaged piece.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong customization details.
- Minor handmade variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted work, not defects.
- Damage caused by misuse after delivery.
