Clayit Studio creates handcrafted, customized clay pieces. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
2. Products & Customization
All items are handmade and made to order. Each piece is unique, and natural variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are part of the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects.
When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate customization details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
- All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. The customization process takes 2 to 3 days, and most shipments are delivered within 10 business days after dispatch. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds & Returns
Customized orders are non-refundable. The only exception is when an item arrives damaged or broken. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and how to submit a claim.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Clayit Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clayit Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
