The fifth edition of Al Masaood’s corporate magazine, set in English and Arabic on facing pages so that neither language reads as a translation of the other.
The grid has to hold two directions at once. English runs left to right down one page, Arabic runs right to left down the other, and the two meet at a gutter carrying the anniversary device. Features are allowed to run long. Printed and bound, it is the piece here that has to survive being read rather than looked at.
